Patient Yuzu visited the clinic after a week without bowel movements. The nurse in charge of the examination couldn't hide her interest in Yuzu's body and carefully palpated her nipples, female genitalia, and anus. First, she attempted an enema with 200ml of warm water using a syringe. The nurse prepared a portable toilet to observe Yuzu's anus during excretion. What came out from Yuzu's anus was murky water and several small fecal pellets. Next, the clinic director inserted a finger into the anus for an internal examination to check the condition inside the rectum. Continuing, the nurse used an anal dilator to relax the anal sphincter. After several rounds of enema excretion, the expelled warm water began to turn brown and cloudy. The impacted fecal pellets forcefully ejected from the anus.
